The Zing RecycLockout 12-padlock lockout station is a recycled polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG) wall-mounted lockout/tagout supply center that includes 12 safety padlocks, 2 lockout hasps, and 10 safety tags with ties. It has the capacity to hold 24 safety padlocks, 4 lockout hasps, and 10 safety tags with ties. The 0.15" thick recycled PETG board is impact resistant, yellow and red for high visibility, and has four holes for mounting on a wall (mounting hardware sold separately). This station is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where devices and energy sources need multiple-person authorization to be accessed safely during maintenance and repair. The lockout station helps standardize LOTO devices by providing organized and convenient access to the necessary type and amount of lockout devices for each energy source requiring lockout. This station's hooks are shaped like padlock eyes with holes wide enough for two padlock shackles or hasps each, and are spaced to accommodate up to 3" shackle length padlocks. The station measures 23 x 15 x 1.75 inches (H x W x D).
