The handcrafted Ypsilon series is a very limited and exclusive knife line made by the prestigious knife maker, Yaxell, in Seki, Japan. Set includes 4.75" petty/utility knife, 6.5" santoku knife and an 8" gyuto/chef's knife. Also includes magnetic wooden blade saya covers and the katana-style wooden knife stand.
