The Woodhaven 525 Coping Sled is the safest and most accurate way to make cope cuts and cross-cuts on a router table or shaper. Heavy-duty 1/2" phenolic base, three adjustable toggle clamps (one outboard, two inboard), holds stock up to 10" wide and 1-3/4" thick. Made in the USA.

The 525 Large holds stock up to 10" wide and 1-3/4" thick firmly against the 24" Ultra Track fence while two adjustable feed handles keep your hands well clear of the bit. Works in the miter slot or against the fence so no exposed end grain ever passes the bit unsupported. Built for serious cabinet shops and production runs. Don't try to cope without it.
• THREE 500 LB. TOGGLE CLAMPS FOR MAXIMUM WORKPIECE CONTROL. The 525 features one Outboard and two Inboard Toggle Clamps, each rated at 500 lbs., for a total of 1,500 lbs. of combined clamping force. All three clamps position anywhere along the full 24" Ultra Track fence to accommodate varying stock widths and profiles with zero movement during the cut. Handles stock up to 2-3/4" thick with the optional 6305R Riser Kit (one per clamp).
