This commercial-grade French fry cutter has a cast iron body and stainless steel components designed to withstand daily use in commercial foodservice kitchens great for restaurants, bistros, cafes, hotels and caterers. The pusher block and stainless steel blades quickly disassemble for easy cleaning. The specially designed handle maximizes leverage for a smooth one push operation reducing operator fatigue. This fry cutter can be mounted to walls or countertops (wall mounting bracket sold separately).
