This tray can also be chilled in the fridge or freezer before using and will stay cool for hours! Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. As with any cookware, it is recommended to use cooking oil prior to grilling. Olive oil & cooking sprays are not recommended as they burn easily at high temperatures which can damage or discolor your grillware.
