Achieve flawless platinum to vibrant pastels, intensive base breaking, and seamless blending. Directions: Add up to 5g of Brass Kicker to neutralize yellow and up to 10g for orange per 30g of toner. Mix 1 part toner blend with 2 parts 6 vol. or 20 vol. Welloxon developer. For best results, use with Blondor Pale Platinum Toner. Apply using an applicator bottle (recommended) or bowl and brush. Develop for up to 30 minutes. Avoid heat. This non-progressive color won't over-deposit and offers endless customized blonde results. Its versatile formula suits Express Pastel Toning and intensive base breaking & blending services. It's gentle on hair and delivers true-to-tone results.
