Our Gluten Free Ginger and Lemon Shortbread is a crumbly cookie that combines the best of traditional Scottish baking with Australian Stem Ginger and Italian Lemon. Every batch is tested to ensure compliance before being released. In the Walker's recipe, wheat flour is replaced by a blend of rice flour, maize flour, and potato starch. The Gluten Free Ginger and Lemon Shortbread cookie contains the same butter and sugar content as the regular shortbreads, and as is Walker's custom, they contain no artificial flavorings or colorings. As with all Walker's shortbread, Gluten Free Ginger and Lemon contains no Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMOs) and no hydrogenated fats; is suitable for vegetarians; and is OU Kosher.
