The Vox Valvenergy Copperhead Drive Pedal gives you classic, full stack amp tone in a compact stompbox guitar pedal. Nutube Valve Powered Tone - the pedal includes a revolutionary new vacuum tube, Nutube features an anode grid filament structure so it operates as a complete triode tube just like a conventional vacuum tube. As a result, you get the same rich overtones and fantastic response you'd expect from conventional vacuum tubes. With Nutube technology installed, the Vox Copperhead drive has that beautifully rich tone you can only get from authentic valve performance.
- The VOX VALVENERGY series offer four distinctive sounding effects pedals that put the sounds of classic valve amps amd the response and harmonic distortion of a tube amp into a foot pedal
- Each pedal uses Nutube (Vacuum fluorescent display technology) which works like a conventional vacuum tube but is smaller and more reliable but delivers the same rich overtones and sense of power of a vacuum tube amp
- The COPPERHEAD pedal recreates the classic full stack amp tone and is ideal for recreating the hard rock sound of the 80's giving lightly overdriven tones right through to a thick distortion
- Controls: GAIN, VOLUME, TREBLE, MIDDLE, BASS plus a BRIGHT switch - placed before the distortion stage so as to give a different character of distortion in each position
- Each pedal is equipped with a high-contrast OLED display showing as an oscilloscope providing a visual image of how the waveform is affected by the knob settings
