Vintage Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie doll. These dolls were manufactured by Coleco in the mid-1980s and were slightly smaller than the standard size, often coming with a pacifier. 

* This specific doll has bald head,brown eyes, and a yellow pacifier. 

* It is wearing an original white lace bonnet, a light purple and white romper, white socks, and white cabbage patch shoes.  All original except for a new diaper!
