From what I understand, These were all designed by Don Shepherd for Glass America as part of the "Ice-Scape" line and added to blenko line
The ashtray can be found in 1985 catalog item #812 6"x7.5" wide and appropriately 2" high.
The candle holders are approximately 5" wide by 2" high...set of 3. Item #810
The candle holders came in different sizes...the 5" ones were not in catalog possible sold at Blenko Visitor Center or Glass America.
