This is a chic vintage Y2K shaper chemise from Victoria’s Secret size 36C. VS tag is missing, but that is where I bought it and fabric tag is still attached.
This item has a firm stretch fit so it provides some support.
Fabric is 73% nylon, 20% lace spandex at skirt, 100% polyester at lace top.
Item slips on over-the-head and has adjustable shoulder straps, lightly-padded lined bra cups, underwiring at bra, no pockets or fastenings.
Approximate unstretched measurements are 36C at bust, 27 inches at waist, 35 inches at hips, 30 inches in length. Item sold in gently-used condition. I would say the body of this item fits about as an extra small to size small.
