Viante pasta maker

This pasta maker has only been used a few times. It is complete with all parts and shiny - like new. I bought it from a nice couple who said they replaced it with a mixer attachment. I tried to make a small delicate pasta with gluten-free flour and also dumped in the water too quickly; I did not succeed, but am assured by its first owners that it does work. I find it rather loud. If you’re more patient with it than I am and willing to experiment a little with getting the consistency right, you might really enjoy this machine. Recipe/ instruction booklet included (has writing on the back pages). 9 pasta discs plus biscotti disc. Mixing chamber is dishwasher-safe. Long cord with cord keeper in back. The machine is very clean, but puffs of flour work their way into the machine during operation and are likely to shake loose during shipping.
