Meanwhile, the included 10 Traditional reeds complement them by allowing pianissimo attacks in the highest notes. Extremely flexible, these traditional reeds facilitate legato or staccato playing over large intervals, with a trademark Vandoren richness of tone for body and clarity. With a 3.5 strength gradation, this bundled 20-pack of Bb clarinet reeds provides consistency and an option to rotate between two complementary reed types in the same strength.
