U-Hook Adjustable Combination Manhole Hook, Crow Bar and Chisel

The all-new U-Hook(TM) is a heavy-duty, adjustable flat and 90° combination manhole hook, crow bar and chisel tool. The adjustable steel head can be turned to change its orientation to the handle 90° to best achieve results. This is simply done by loosening a fastener in the center of the head and turning the head to the ‘next’ slot and re-tightening the fastener. Easy. The U-Hook is not only great for popping open manhole covers, but does a great job chiseling away soil for gardening, removing seal coat and asphalt from the top of manhole covers. and anything else you need 'amended by force.' The U-Hook handle is manufactured from ¾” diameter #4130 steel round stock, while the adjustable cast steel head is designed with a pick-hook on one side and a 1 ¼” wide chisel head on the other side. Many of our users have found other uses for the U-Hook, including in construction, demolition of drywall and plaster, trenching gardens, pulling down siding and removal of roofing materials.
