Having trouble finding downrigger parts for your Penn Fathom-master Downrigger?Both the Troll-master AR-1021 Universal Downrigger Swivel Base and the Troll-master PR-1001 Universal Fixed Mounting Base are designed to fit the mounting pattern of all Penn Fathom-Master Manual or Electric downriggers. Troll-master's Swivel Base (AR-1021) even fits Cannon downriggers. (Aftermarket replacement similar to Penn Part 622ASM Adjustable Swivel Mount, Fits Penn Fathom-Master & Cannon Downriggers)

Adjustable Swivel Base - Rotates 360 degrees and locks in multiple positions.

• Includes Cover plate with 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" mounting pattern for Cannon Downrigger (PN: DSS-S31035)
• Includes Cover plate with 2" x 3-1/2" mounting pattern for Penn Fathom-Master Downrigger (PN: DSS-S31036)

To gunnel mount the AR-1021 use the included; 4 sets: 2" Slotted Pan Head 1/4-20 Screw, Washer and 1/4-20 Lock Nut.

NOTES/REQUIRMENTS:

• This DOES NOT include a Fixed Base Plate (required) for the actual quick mounting of Penn Fathom-Master Downriggers.
• The Penn 133 600 Fixed Base Plate is sold separately as the aftermarket Troll-master PR-1001, below.
• The PR-1001 (Penn 133 600) Fixed Base Plate is used to attach Penn Fathom-Master Downriggers.
• The PR-1001 (Penn 133 600) Fixed Base Plate is not required for the Cannon Downriggers

How To Install the Troll-Master Seahorse Adjustable Swivel Base on a Gimbal Mount

• Below is a Video Link which shows how to install the Troll-Master Seahorse Adjustable Swivel Base onto a Troll-Master Seahorse Gimbal Mount (aka Penn Quick Mount). If you are mounting directly to your gunnel, you will need to drill holes. The Troll-Master Seahorse Adjustable Swivel Base comes with a template for drilling. You will want to use the rectangle pattern, not the square one.
