The Tripp Lite SR42UBG is a 42U standard depth rack enclosure cabinet that creates a secure and organized home for servers, networking switches and other 19 inch rack-mount gear.

Built from steel with a powder-coated finish, the cabinet supports a stationary load of up to 3000 pounds. The front door carries an acrylic window that is clear and shatter resistant, so you can check status lights without unlocking the enclosure.

Side panels that are removable and lockable give technicians quick access when needed while keeping hardware protected at other times. A rear door with generous ventilation promotes airflow through the rack, helping equipment stay within its recommended temperature range.

Cable routing is straightforward thanks to top ports and an open bottom that let you bring power and data lines in from almost any direction. Inside, adjustable vertical rails accommodate devices as deep as 37 inches, which covers most servers, UPS systems and patch panels used in small and midsize installations.
