The "TOWN SQUARE XL" can be customized with: a locking gate to secure your mail and small packages a simulated wooden panel to create a unique look that matches your home The large form factor of the box can receive substantial amounts of mail as well as small packages. Even with the optional locking gate, small packages and padded envelopes can be easily and securely received. The push and pull operated flag are easy to use and is also made of high-quality steel. A letter clip in front of the optional locking gate holds any outgoing mail so it is easily accessible by the mail carrier even when the mailbox remains locked. The TOWN SQUARE installation and assembly instructions run you through the simple process of assembling and installing your mailbox.
