I loved this romper but do notice my size 6 mannequin is too long waisted for it. I think it is made smaller. With the exception of the ruffled sleeves, the full romper lined and has a one button loop closure at the back neck. the back is open due to a slit to the elastic waist. Legs are ruffled as well as the short sleeves. I do show that the belt is missing. the bust measures 19" across between underarms. the inseam including ruffle is 3" and the rise measured from the front center waistband to the crotch seam is 13". I believe my mannequin has a very long torso which is why it is so pulled on her. no damage very cute
