Exclusions - this warranty does not cover: labor or material costs for original installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product, labor or material costs related to any damage caused at the installation location, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Remedy - if, after inspection by toltec company, inc. , the product is determined to be defective and covered under this limited warranty, toltec will, at its discretion: provide a replacement product (if available), or offer another product of equal or lesser value if the original model is no longer in our product line, or issue a refund to the original payment method for the original purchase price. In all cases, toltec company, inc. 's maximum liability under this warranty will not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product. Eligibility - warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, proof of purchase is required for all claims. |
