• If you like the look of this fan, don't be afraid to buy it. It's very good quality, especially for the price. There's nothing cheap about its appearance or performance. It's very quite and moves A LOT of air in my bedroom. (Which isn't huge by the way.) The aged brass finish is on point for modern decor styles. I'm really picky, and most all the other fans that I actually liked were over $300, and I really didn't want to spend that much
• This fan is beautiful and looks great in my bedroom. I'm delighted with my choice. It works nicely with a remote. I bought this fan with the Amazon-recommended remote and managed the installation myself. The fan loses 1 star because there was a dented area at one of the canopy screw holes. The dent made installation harder than it should have been because I had to figure out a way to pull out the dent before I could complete the installation
• This sabal palm design fan fits my bedroom decor perfectly. The beautifully carved palm frond blades in a rich cedar brown color accent my soft earth tones, the palm tree printed fabrics, and honey colored tropical furniture. Even goes well with frames on my original paintings depicting coastal Florida sunrise and inland sunset. The aged brass complements the furniture hardware
• My bedroom ceiling fan finally gave out. In looking for something comparable, I ran across this palm shaped bladed fan. Since my bedroom is covered in wood, this complemented it nicely. It was straightforward to install. In runs quietly and definitely moves the air in my bedroom. It does not come with a remote and the double light could be brighter, but it checked off all my other requirements
• This fan is lovely and quiet. The installation is not rocket science. However, some of the screws are so small they are difficult to hold on to. Hence, one was lost in the installation process. It would have been nice to include a few extras given the small size. Also, installation is time consuming so a ladder rather than stepladder is needed unless you are seven feet tall
