TBparts Fork Assembly Set for the KLX110L. Our replacement fork set is a bargain considering OEM replacements are over $600 for a set! They also feature a few key upgrades over the factory forks making them better suited for your MX mini! Starting out are the looks, ours come gloss black and have our TB logo cast into them. Next, adding to the performance is the heavier weighted springs inside that are better suited for adult riders. Going down the list next is the dampening rods. They have been ported to match the heavier springs giving you improved dampening and rebound to keep the front end from becoming a “pogo” stick. It is also lengthened giving you an extra +10mm of travel! Finally, we intergraded an OEM style bushing/guide inside the fork bottom for added strength that the original Kawasaki KLX110L forks do not have. Altogether you cannot beat the “out of the box” performance and value this complete fork set offers. Installations notes: These come with 15wt fork oil, if desired you can drain and refill with 5.5oz of your choice of quality fork oil Replacement fork seals TBW1615 If you have a standard KLX110 or KLX110R – These are +55mm longer than stock. Emulators for OEM KLX110 forks do not fit our TB forks. Not to mention they reduce travel, require installation, require adjustments to dial in/work properly, & they are relatively costly Standard Height KLX110 & KLX110R: Ride Height and Rear Shock Recommendations – These forks will raise the front end of your KLX110(R). You can only drop them down in the OEM triple clamp 30mm at most. This gives you an extra inch of ride height up front so we recommend you at least have an HD rear shock like these TBW1201 or TBW1202 to even it back out . Starting with the 2010 KLX110 you can also mimic the KLX110L by upgrading to a L size rear shock like TBW1205 or TBW1206 and running the forks fully extended (The L shock will bolt up to 2010+ KLX110s).
