Fajita Spice - Sprinkle on meats or in sauces. To use as a marinade, mix with water and a little oil, add meat and marinate. To make a sauce, mix water, oil, and cornstarch to thicken. A squeeze of fresh lime juice brings all of the flavors alive.
Ingredients: Chili Pepper Powder, Salt, Paprika, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Chipotle Morita Powder, Cumin, Oregano
Taco Blend - This savory, spicy blend has no artificial additives and will make your tacos sizzle with flavor. Add 4 TBSP (1 oz) of seasoning to 1 lb of browned beef or shredded chicken and simmer with a splash of water. Gluten free.

Typhoon Fish Taco - This fish taco blend will spin you around through a whirlwind of flavors! Just add to your fish of choice to make fish tacos that everyone will love.
Ingredients: Salt, Paprika, Cayenne, Black Peppercorn, Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Coriander, Mexican Oregano, Sweet Basil
Achiote Seasoning - A popular flavor reigning from Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Add 3 Tbsp of Achiote to 2 Tbsp of vinegar, orange juice or lime juice. Mix together to create a paste. Rub paste on chicken, pork or fish before cooking. Also great as an all purpose seasoning! Achiote is delicious on chicken, pork, roasted vegetables, rice, soups, and stews. Most commonly used in making Tacos Al Pastor.
