Tablet Weaving or Card Weaving is an ancient weaving technique dating back to at least the early Bronze Age. This wonderful set of 24 Weaving Tablets is lovingly handcrafted in our workshop of solid Red Oak. Carefully hand sanded and finished with a combination of oil and wax for a natural smooth satin finish. Great for card weaving/tablet weaving, use with weaving looms, our portable double tension inkle loom, or other craft work, Viking art and reenactment. No folds, no wrinkles, no fuss... never buy those cheap disposable weaving cards again! With proper care our unique, handcrafted, hardwood tablet weaving cards should last a lifetime.
