Installation Precautions: 1. The product has been checked in detail before being sent out, and the function has been tested on the vehicle. It will be sent out only when there is no problem after the test. The host and screen are packed with anti-static bags and wrapped with five layers of foam. However, uncontrollable transportation processes may lead to collisions or poor contact of components, resulting in malfunctions during installation and use. If you encounter irreparable issues, we will provide you with a full refund or free return or exchange.) 2. After the machine is installed, please perform a system reset on it. The steps are as follows: Settings-General-Master Reset. 3. Please install the GPS antenna in a location without metal shielding. If the GPS signal is not good, try adjusting the position of the GPS antenna. Be careful not to squeeze the GPS cable too hard. 4. GPS positioning takes a long time for the first time and must be outdoors. 5. The OBD programming cable, when the machine is in normal condition, it does not need to be used. It is used for detection and programming when there is a problem with the machine. 6. If the GPS display is invalid, it may be due to the wiring harness not being securely plugged in. Please forcefully plug and unplug the wiring harness to ensure good contact. 7.If there is a new version of the system, the software version can be updated in the system backend. (Do not update the system version simultaneously with the map, update the system version separately) 8.If the USB does not respond, it may be because the wiring harness is not properly plugged in or the metal strip in the plug is crooked during installation. If you find that the metal strip in the plug is crooked, you can contact us and we will replace it with a new one for you. 9. All cars need to be programmed before they can be installed and used properly, as each car has a unique VIN code, which represents all the functions of the car.
