• Kit Includes: 2x Front Metal Strut Spacers (45mm), 2x Rear Polyurethane Spring Spacers (45mm), and 8x Camber Bolts, Nuts & Washers, designed for secure installation and proper suspension lift alignment.
• Vehicle Compatibility: Compatible with Grand Vitara 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 and Escudo 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 (3rd Generation).
• ASSEMBLY NOTES: Professional Installation Required - This product should be installed by a professional mechanic. Pressing in and installing levelling kits requires specialized tools to ensure proper fitment. Incorrect installation may result in premature wear or suspension damage.
• Replacing the Metal Strut Spacers: Position the metal spacers on top of the front struts as shown in the reference image. Remove the strut assembly from the vehicle, install the spacers between the strut mount and chassis, and secure using the provided nuts & washers. Ensure proper alignment of mounting holes before tightening. Torque all fasteners to manufacturer specifications.
• Replacing the Polyurethane Spring Spacers: These spacers must sit on top of the rear coil springs. Loosen and remove the spring assembly, replace the stock rubber pad with the polyurethane spacer, and reinstall in the same position. Ensure correct seating before tightening all components to manufacturer torque specifications.
• Installing the Camber Bolts: Remove old bolts, clean the mounting points, and fit the new camber bolts in place. Rotate to adjust camber, then tighten to factory torque specs.
