I can't find a signature on this plate but it is probably there somewhere! Intricate and dramatic design of a black flower on clear with a scattering of gold metallic flakes. The actual plate is not flat--it is not exactly ribbed either. Bumpy? Hard to describe! Not your typical fused glass design--very statement.
