Strange Brew's Elysium IPA is a grassy IPA. The beer pours a dark orange with an off-white head. The beer's mouthfeel is fairly dry and light. The beer's aroma is very grassy with hints of bready, malt-sweetness. The beer's flavor is mostly hop bitterness with some malt in the background. This kit includes grains (crushed for your convenience), hops, yeast, bottle caps, priming sugar, a muslin bag, irish moss, and malt extract (if the kit is an extract kit).
