Select an appropriate position on the ground beam of the unit, and fix the heater horizontally on the base beam with bolts and make the water outlet upward. 3. Connect the water inlet (horizontal interface) of the heater to the lower pass of the water tank with a hose. The nozzle (vertical interface) is connected with the water channel hole on the upper part of the body, and the clamps at both ends of the inlet and outlet hoses are fastened to prevent water leakage4. Open the back cover of the heater electrical appliance cover, connect the power cord and the grounding protection wire to the wiring terminals respectively, and cover the electrical appliance cover. 5. Check whether the heater and the components in each pipeline are in the correct position and whether the components are installed firmly6. Fill the unit with cooling water and start the engine (two minutes is enough), so that the bird water can be fully circulated in the unit to clear the air in the unit pipes and check whether the pipes are leaking7. After the standby group is shut down, the heating power can be switched on. At this time, the heater should be in working condition, and the temperature of the heater's water outlet should be gradually increased.
