Using the Spud Inc. belt squat belt is a great way to take a break from the typical squat routine and still hit your legs hard. Our belt squat belt was designed to be used with any type of loading you can handle. Ideally, this type of squat is done in a machine specifically designed for it. However, we use it by loading kettlebells, regular weights, dumbbells and other odd weights. With a little creativity, you can do belt squats in any environment.
