This precision engineered kit includes bolt-on fCompatible with Rame brackets, weld-on axle brackets, tubular steel bars, and chromoly adjusters with urethane bushings. This triangulated four bar rear suspension will greatly improve both the ride quality and handling of your 1/2 ton Compatible with Chevy. Allows the do-it-yourself rodder to use the rear end of their choice. Modern geometry and handling. Chromoly four bars with urethane bushings. Bolt-on fCompatible with Rame brackets and shock crossmember. The length of the upper bars is 16" eye to eye. The length of the lower bars is 21.5" eye to eye. 1/2 ton chassis application only. Kit will locate rear axle centerline in the original factory housing center line, and as such, it retains the original wheel base and the tire/wheel will not be centered in the fender opening as they will be located in the original factory location. NOTE: Finish will be plain steel, not powder coated as shown. Third member, axle shafts, coil-overs, and rear disc brake kit are shown in the photo for reference only, but are not included as part of this kit and are available separately. When installing into a 1954 fCompatible with Rame, due to the slight differences in the 1947-53 and 1954 fCompatible with Rame, additional installation modifications will be required for the install into the 1954 fCompatible with Rame at the shock crossmember area with regards to the width. Please note that this is applicable only to the 1/2 ton chassis application and will not fit the 3/4 ton chassis applications.
