Bright White Base coat 3.5 voc and compliant in all 50 states INSTRUCTIONS: Agitate thoroughly before use. Reseal after each use. Mix 1 part basecoat with 1 part 0 voc urethane grade reducer like our SMR-0075. Using regular urethane reducer will increase the voc. Add 5% basecoat activator like SMR-600 to increase adhesion and durability. APPLICATION: Apply 2-3 medium wet coats to full hiding. Allow 45 minutes at 70 degrees F before clear coating.
