If the detector detects that one of them has drifted, it’ll reduce the voltage on the opposite motor, the car will correct its course to back the black area. The red LED show which motor is receiving power. There is a 16mm wide black runway on the back of the paper instruction sheet ready for testing. If it won’t follow the line, you may need to adjust the potentiometers easily. The process also acquires a better understanding of the circuit design again.
