This cooking spray contains polyunsaturates and monounsaturated to help offset the saturates you eat every day. To help enhance the cholesterol ratio, use with our Food Plan to contribute at least two-thirds of fat intake. Limit total fat to 30% of calories (65g/day) and saturated fat to under 10% of calories (20g/day). Limit dietary cholesterol to 300mg/day and avoid trans fats. Exercise is essential. A great substitute for butter in all non-stick cooking & baking uses.
