Sheath/Cover/Holster and Dangler for Gough Resolute MkIII - Handmade Custom Leather (Black)

This Leather Sheath and Dangler are specifically designed for the Gough Resolute MkIII. It is built out of full-grain vegetable-tanned cowhide and then stained with black stain. The sheath is formed around the knife, therefore the fit is snug and precise. Each sheath is tested to have a precise fit. The sheath is constructed with a welt that is inserted between the two folded halves which prevents the blade edge from cutting the stitching that is placed to hold the sheath together. The sheath is then glued, and hand sewn with a saddle stitch using waxed polyester thread - this is why you do not see any markings from a sewing machine along the threads. The edge of the sheath has a hand-polished finish. The sheath is treated with Fiebings Mink Oil (available from us here). We recommended that you treat it with this from time to time. The included dangler will fit any D-ring (or round ring) that has a 1-inch wide opening or wider. This danger is designed to extend your sheath away from your belt to allow the knife sheath to "dangle" for easy reach and maneuverability, even when wearing your shirt untucked. It is easily removable with the installed steel or brass "button". This dangler is fully handcrafted. It is made out of full-grain vegetable-tanned cowhide and then stained with a black stain.
