If a repair is not possible in a reasonable period of time, Sheaffer will exchange the writing instrument for one of comparable value. This three (3) year warranty is only valid with proof of original purchase and does not cover loss, accidental damage, misuse, reasonable wear and tear, or abuse such as improper use and care.
