To mix, whisk. mixes, blends, froths your; milk. Scrambled eggs or egg whites, cake mix, pancake mixes, chocolate mousse, whipped cream.
I think it works best with liquids not too thick (so not for mashed potatoes) and mixes that are of a larger size & deep in the mixing bowl (in other words not for just 1 or 2 serving size)
It is useful for those with arthritis, carpal tunnel or other wrist /elbow/shoulder injuries & it replaces a fork for those who use a fork to whisk, this is much faster.
It's not more powerful than an electric mixes but it sure is safer for kids to help in the kitchen & have fun together. :)
