 These are very rare and hard to find planters.
 The leaf base is where you add your water. The flower top is where you plant. The water is absorbed through the base of the flower top to help keep and maintain an evenly moist soil.
The planter measures 11 inches across by 5.5 inches tall the insert measures 5 inches across by 4.5 inches tall.
These planters are amazing for African violets, succulents, and even herbs.
