While the exact year of publication is unknown, it's likely from the early 1960s. This is almost certainly a rare book.
It's Kaze wa Nanairo by Satoru Ozawa, published by Tokyo Top Sha. While there is some discoloration and staining due to age, the book is in fairly good condition.
The top and bottom left of the front cover have some rubbing, causing the vinyl cover to peel and the paper to show white (see photo).
The white marks on the back cover are not from the book itself, but from another book's cover that stuck to the vinyl cover (see photo). Additionally, the bottom right of the cover has some peeling, exposing the underlying paper and causing some white marks (see photo).
The book itself is sturdy and in good overall condition.
