It sports a round weighted die-cast metal base that measures 4" in diameter.From this base protrudes an adjustable, telescoping arm that measures between 6 and 9" in height, depending on how far you've extended it. This arm locks with a twist clutch mechanism. The end of the arm offers a 5/8"-27 thread that supports most standard microphone clips.
