- Rotary Viscometer is a digital viscometer, driven by a motor and variable speed belt to ensure constant rotation of the rotor. As the rotor rotates in the liquid, the viscosity of the liquid produces a corresponding viscous torque on the rotor, which increases as the viscosity of the liquid increases and decreases as the viscosity of the liquid decreases. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected by a sensor, and the viscosity of the liquid being measured is calculated after being processed by a computer.
- Rotary Viscometer uses microcomputer technology and can easily set the measuring range (rotor number and speed). It also performs digital processing of the data detected by the sensor and clearly displays on the screen the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid, and its full range percentage value during measurement.
- DHJ-5S is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, 4) and 8 speeds (3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm), providing 32 combinations that can measure the viscosity of various liquids within the measuring range.
