R.O.A.R. (Resolving Our Anger Responsibly), is a 20-session, facilitator-led, curriculum. It incorporates evidence-based clinical interventions, adult learning principles and criminogenic factors. Since many persons who have difficulty controlling their anger with strangers may also struggle in their personal relationships, the curriculum also address’ relationship communication and related issues surrounding unmanaged anger. Session topics include conflict resolution strategies, stress management, and emotional regulation techniques in addition to the usual anger management topics.
