Hess Trucks 1997 & 2003

My brother collected these and he did open them and maybe pushed them around for a couple seconds. He was never interested in them, but my mom collected them for him. They both seem like they’re very good condition. There may be the tiniest little working that you would never notice that I would stare at to see I’m picky. There may be a little mark underneath, but nothing at all that looks bad. Sometimes, if you take a towel, just wipe it the mark’s gone it might be a smear. I did wipe them down like I always do but it might’ve left it smear. Maybe I don’t know. Maybe that’s what I’m looking at. I was looking forever for C batteries that’s why this took me so long besides the pictures I apologize. The batteries I did find don’t work very good but every thing works you just need new batteries. I could only put 12 pictures so if there’s something else you wanna see, let me know and I can delete some of the pictures and add different ones.
