We recommend using any dry roach feed along with adding in some fresh fruit and vegetables, such as Bananas (whole), Carrots, Lettuce, Oak leaves, Oatmeal, Orange slices, Pearl barley, Potato, Peaches, Plums & should be offered a few times a week. | ENCLOSURE: Red Runner Roaches should be housed in a smaller enclosure. They seem to breed best when kept slightly crowded & also keeps them in close proximity with their food and water. I use egg cartons for media; however using a substrate can be beneficial as well. I like to keep the back half of the tank on the heat mat.
