This is an incomplete Lego Movie Emmet’s Dream House set 70831. The set is missing the minifigures and their accessories and the build with the water tower. Also the pages that have the water tower build are missing from the instructions. Also the Unikitty and Wyldstyle stickers are missing as well and their corresponding tiles.
So the pieces included can only build Emmet’s House and that’s it. The pieces are still brand new and the house was never assembled. Also included are some stickers for the house, but not all of them.
I will ship with padding in a box. If you don’t want the Lego set box, shipping will only be $7.97.
