Stainless Steel Wear Ring — Sea-Doo Spark Trixx 2UP 3UP Upgraded stainless steel jet pump wear ring for Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft. Features nylon outer ring with precision-machined inner stainless steel sleeve that maintains tighter impeller tolerances significantly longer than standard OEM plastic rings. Designed for the Spark platform with 900cc ACE and 900 HO ACE 3-cylinder engines producing 60 HP and 90 HP respectively. Fits all Spark variants including 2UP, 3UP, Trixx, Spark 60, and Spark 90 from 2014 through 2023. Eliminates cavitation and restores lost acceleration, hole shot, and top speed performance. Replaces Sea-Doo 267000813, 267000925, and 267000617. For best installation results, freeze the new ring for one hour before pressing into the pump housing and apply RTV silicone for proper retention. Apply a thin layer of RTV silicone inside the pump housing before installation to help retain the ring and prevent spinning in the bore. Always replace the neoprene pump seal (Sea-Doo 293200134) at the same time as the wear ring for optimal results.
