Thisis an AUTHENTIC Vintage Jay Strongwater Lace Arabesque Scroll Picture Frame.This is from purchased from Neiman Marcus MANY years ago.It is from the RETIRED Clair de Lune collection.The Clair de Lune collections is one of Jay Strongwater's first collections and NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION.VERY RARE!Can be displayed vertically or horizontally.It is antique pewter silver finish metal and accented with Swarovski crystals.
