Very good condition rare vintage 1957 Peter Ganine sculptured Gothic chess set complete in box. There is no manual. This is the No. 1475 Salon Edition. The pieces are in like new condition. The board has a few spots/stains. The cover of the box has a few spots and signs of wear from age and storage, but still closes securely and is in good shape. This is a great collectible set!
Peter Ganine (October 11, 1900 – August 11, 1974) was a Georgian-Russian-American sculptor best known for his work in ceramics and his chess sets.
