Quartersawn Oak Swing Mirror Shaving Stand

This is a fine American shaving stand made from wonderfully grained quartersawn oak. The top of the crested 3 way adjustable bevelled mirror is 65" tall, while the bowed top of the box or cabinet section is 48" high. It is bowed and measures 13 1/4" wide and 10" deep. Under it is a conforming shaped drawer, below which are two storage areas with doors, one of which is serpentine. The cabinet section is mounted on a thick quartersawn oak column 1 3/4" thick tapering from 5" wide at the bottom to 3" under the cabinet section. The complete unit is supported on 4 heavy rolled feet. The shaving stand has all of its original hardware including the 3 way adjustment mechanism behind the mirror. There are no breaks and no repairs. A great stand in wonderful condition. Includes sheers and mechanical clippers
