This harness is the answer to the limitation of the Soft Harness. You've asked for adjustability around the neck and this is the answer to your request. This harness features two quick release buckles around the neck and loop and hook straps to provide adjustability for the neck. Just undo the claps around the neck, open the straps and adjust both sides to fit around your dog's neck. This is the perfect solution for dogs that fall between sizes.
