Pro Tapes Pro 500B is a carpet hold-down tape designed especially for the convention industry. Pro 500B is used for hanging, seaming and poly sheeting. Other general purpose uses for Pro 500B is aircraft manufacture and construction. High tack. Pro 500B is a double-coated cloth tape on a blue release liner. Adhesive: natural rubber. Backing: cloth. Thickness: 11 mils (ASTM D-1000). Tensile strength: 20 pounds per inch (ASTM D-1000). Tack (rolling ball): 20 lbs per inch (PSTC-6). Adhesion to steel: 2 inch, 5.1 centimeters (PSTC-1). Service temperature: 40 to 200 degrees F. Pro 500B is a a woven cotton cloth, double-coated with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive. Pro 500B can also be used for general mounting and holding. Features includes good adhesion, short term, high temperature resistance, clean removal, highly conformable. Applications includes abatement, mounting, bonding, tabbing, temporary holding, laminating, carpet installation. Measures 25 yards length by 2-inches width.
